Why you should visit Thailand!

 Sawasdee!

Get ready to experience some epic wanderlust as we roll out these reasons on why you should visit Thailand!

Bangkok, Thailand is located in southern Asia it is known for great eats, martial arts, beaches, and many temples. Thailand also has many islands that are well known that have numerous resorts for tourists. If you have ever eaten Thai food you’ll know it’s a rewarding experience.

  • Before you visit some unfamiliar places you should know their cultural belief. One of these is the Siddhārtha Gautama or Siddhattha Gotama in Pali, also called the Gautama Buddha, the Shakyamuni Buddha or simply the Buddha, after the title of Buddha, was a monk, mendicant, sage, philosopher, teacher and religious leader on whose teachings Buddhism was founded.
In here, I saw inside the temple that the monks were really devoted to Buddha. These monks and nuns adopt distinctive styles of appearance and behavior.  According to Buddhist tradition, the order of monks and nuns was founded by Gautama Buddha during his lifetime between the fifth and fourth centuries BC.

It should come as no surprise that, considering the important role that Buddhism plays in its society, Thailand is a nation of temples. Citizens go to the temple to make merit, prey to the Buddha for good health, good fortune and prosperity, and seek advice from monks. Young boys are generally ordained as a monk and stay for a while in the monastery, some for a short time, some for longer.

Be amused of the great temples!

Thailand is also known for its “Floating Market” where you can get to ride on a boat and buy some things you want to take home including souvenirs, food and etc. If I go back to the floating market, I will make sure to bring more money to enjoy the shopping.

A floating market is a market in which boats sell goods. Originating in times and places where water transport has played a major role in everyday life.

One of the stunning views you can enjoy is at the River City Bangkok, Thailand. A shopping center in The Anchor of Arts & Antiques. It’s near many large hotels on the Chao Phraya River on the Si Phraya Pier. It can be reached by car or boat.

I found my serenity here.

Samphran Elephant Ground & Zoo is a well-known tourist resort in Tha Kham, Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom Province, central Thailand,  suitable for all ages. I enjoyed my first encounter with the elephants!
